Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Cold Caller Intern to join our sales and lead generation team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead qualification, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential leads and introduce our IT services, AI/ML solutions, and staff augmentation offerings. • Research and identify potential business clients through LinkedIn, databases, and online directories. • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and interest in our services. • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM tools. • Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects. • Follow up with potential leads through email, calls, and LinkedIn messages. • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies. • Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Requirements: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections. • Strong command of English (US/UK clients) and/or Hindi (Indian clients). • Ability to research and identify potential clients using online tools. • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
