Online Customer Service Associate Tasc is a quickly growing sustainable activewear brand based in New Orleans looking for a dedicated and personable Online Customer Service Associate. The OCSA is responsible for ensuring that all customer service questions are answered promptly, with a great attitude, and for the facilitation and printing of online order picking tickets and returns management. As part of one of New Orleans most exciting and fastest growing companies you will have the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of the apparel business from one of the leaders in the industry! This role is a full-time, hourly position with benefits and OT opportunities. About You: As tascs Online Customer Service Advocate you are well organized, comfortable with learning web-based software systems such as Shopify, NetSuite, ShipStation, and Gorgias, and willing and eager to pick up the phone and help our loyal customer base. You are able to troubleshoot and problem solve any issue that arises in the order fulfillment and shipping processes. For any complex or difficult situations, you have a seasoned and talented team working alongside you to assist in your success. Responsibilities: · Coordinate printing and distribution of online pick tickets multiple times daily · Assist customers via phone and email ticketing system to make order changes, place orders, and resolve issues · Check in and complete all online returns · Answer all inbound phone calls and route to appropriate team member when necessary · Assist warehouse picking team with questions on tickets and orders · Other duties and responsibilities as assigned and directed Requirements: · Associates degree or higher relevant work experience to be considered as substitute for degree · A professional and polite attitude and demeanor · Previous experience in customer service and with web-based customer service platforms is a plus · Ability to learn and take constructive direction · General computer skills Apply Job!
