WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE脗 As a Customer Service Representative, you will: 聲 Provide exceptional customer experiences to bank customers and prospective customers as our client seeks to build their brand 聲 Solve problems for bank customers and promote card benefits 聲 Where appropriate, resolve customer complaints and de-escalate emotional situations while using our elevation process to meet customer芒聙聶s needs 聲 Make customer focused decisions to enhance the value of our card to our clients 聲 Deliver expert customer experiences芒聙娄with a smile. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction.
