We aim to elevate quality and innovation in casual gaming, redefine industry standards, and deliver fun to a broad audience. You will be joining this studio as a Senior Economy Designer. Role We are seeking a Senior Economy Designer to define and shape the economic foundations of an innovative Match-3 hybrid game from the ground up. Your role will be essential in ensuring the economy feels rewarding, sustainable, and integrated seamlessly into the overall game design. Profile 5+ years of experience in game economy design, balancing, or monetization, ideally for F2P mobile games with RPG or hybrid mechanics. Strong expertise in progression systems, currency management, and player reward structures. Experience in top-tier RPG, hybrid, or midcore gaming studios Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze player behavior and optimize in-game economies through A/B testing and telemetry.
