As an Enterprise Loyalty Advocate, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued enterprise customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented individual who is passionate about customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding our customers' needs, resolving any issues they may encounter, and ensuring their continued satisfaction with our products and services. Join us in our mission to empower teams and make a difference in the world of enterprise software. Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts. Understand the needs and requirements of enterprise customers and provide appropriate solutions. Resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers in a timely and efficient manner. Proactively address potential issues and communicate any updates or changes to customers. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met. Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty levels and take necessary actions to improve them. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase loyalty and revenue. Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with customers to ensure continued satisfaction. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions. Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings and be able to effectively communicate them to customers. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities within assigned accounts. Provide feedback and insights from customers to inform product and service improvements. Represent Atlassian and its values in all customer interactions. Contribute to the overall success and growth of Atlassian through exceptional customer service and advocacy.
