In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers via live chat, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance. Key Responsibilities: Promptly respond to customer inquiries through live chat with professionalism and accuracy. Provide clear and concise information about AGCOs products, services, and solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining empathy. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service. Log and document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.
