About Us LNH Capital is a national Private Money/Hard Money Lender specializing in financing real estate investors and developers. With over 150 new loan submissions monthly, we provide funding for a diverse range of asset types, including: Single-Family Residences (SFR) Multifamily Properties New Construction Commercial Assets Our loan amounts range from $75,000 to $50,000,000, and we average $20M in monthly volume. As a Senior Loan Officer, youll have the opportunity to manage this high volume of incoming loansno cold calling required. What We Offer ?? Understand Hedge Fund note purchase guidelines to prep loans for submission. Answer phones professionally, qualifying loan scenarios in real-time. What Were Looking For ? Local: Must be willing to work in our office in Irving, TX ? Experience: At least 5 years of loan intake or origination experience. ? Knowledge: Preferable understanding of Private Lending/Hard Money Lending and standard Loan Origination Systems (LOS) ? Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; excellent organizational and communication skills. ?
