Hello We’re the Reporting Experience team. We help customers make better decisions by turning vast amounts of communication data into actionable insights. We automate the analysis process, allowing our customers to focus on their core work rather than spending endless hours working with spreadsheets. What You’ll Be Doing We're looking for a talented Frontend Developer to help us deliver user-friendly, data-driven solutions that empower our clients to easily interpret complex insights. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be working on: Designing Data-Intensive Interfaces : You’ll be building intuitive, interactive dashboards that present complex data in simple, visual formats to help our clients make faster, more informed decisions. Collaborating on User-Centered Solutions : Work closely with clients and the product team to understand their needs and create interfaces that solve real-world problems, making insights more accessible and actionable. Optimizing User Experience : Take ownership of the frontend experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey for users while optimizing performance. Iterating Based on Feedback : You'll be part of a team that rapidly iterates and refines features based on real customer feedback, enabling us to quickly deliver impactful solutions. What We’re Looking For Proficiency in JavaScript : You’re confident working with JavaScript and have a solid understanding of web technologies. Strong React Skills : You have hands-on experience with React (or similar JavaScript libraries) to build dynamic, data-driven UIs. Experience with API Integration : You know how to consume and integrate RESTful APIs to display data in frontend applications. Attention to Detail : You’re committed to creating high-quality, maintainable code while ensuring user interfaces are clean, responsive, and fast. Data Visualization : Experience or interest in data visualization frameworks like Chart.js or D3.js is a plus. You'll be helping users understand complex data through well-crafted visualizations. Customer-Centric Mindset : You understand that every feature you build should solve real problems for our users, and you're always thinking about how to improve the experience. What’s Even Better Familiarity with Node.js and PostgreSQL can be helpful as you’ll be collaborating with the backend team. Experience working in an Agile environment where fast iterations and customer feedback are part of the process.
